Had an Amazon package delivered there a few months ago and when I went to pick it up the next day some smirking young guy behind counter claimed they'd stopped doing Amazon. I pushed when they stopped and he said a few weeks before. Sure enough 2 weeks later Amazon confirmed the uncollected package was being returned...

Had a Hermes parcel to return. Someone walked in who “who knew the boss” . Insanely rude service to the rest of the customer (myself and another group).
