Super cheep prices for good quality items. I would deffinetly recomend shopping here if you want to find a good deal as this can be quite challenging at other places.

Lovely pleasant staff, with some fantastic products most seem to be cheaper than a lot of other high street supermarkets. Definitely worth a visit to pick up those extra bits and save money.

Once again, I find myself feeling as though I am an inconvenience to the staff upon visiting the store. The cashier that tended to me today was very rude, abrupt and tossed my receipt aside instead of handing it to me.

This is not the first time I’ve been treated like this in this branch; the exact same staff member has ignored me as a customer multiple times to engage in conversation with another staff member, and didn’t even give me the opportunity to bag my items up before serving the next customer which obviously caused unnecessary issues for both myself and the other customer.

This is not acceptable. I appreciate Heron Foods products and their prices and wish to continue shopping here, but I am actively wanting to avoid this branch unless as a last resort due to the treatment by the staff. Please investigate this and come to a conclusion.

I went here several times, but the only staff with creativity is Mrs. Africa, who is sometimes behind the cash register. The reason for these five stars is only the good manners of the cashier, who is black from Africa

Always great bargains to be had here, and a huge amount of choice

Same as most heron stores was clean tidy a bargain compared to most supermarkets. Certain staff who work at this store seem to bring there home life problems to work and are extremely rude and impolite. The rest of the staff are fantastic always have a smile always happy to help and also have a chit chat if not too busy.

Miserable staff, made to feel that I'm an inconvenience to them. Went in there today (28/9/21)to get some shopping once again the lady with grey hair was miserable I unfortunately dropped a coffee caddy which was totally accidental. This is one of the problems that is caused by my disability. May I suggest that you train your staff on how to deal with customers who have disabilities. Not shopping here again. Lost another customer due to your poor customer service.

Would give 5 but I always feel rushed while packing at checkout as the cashier's never seems to wait, just goes ahead and starts next person while I'm still trying to pack.
