Completely false and unethical packaging. I just bought this ladder. THe packaging suggest in the photo that is 4 steps. There is no communication of height in the label or any indication that it is NOT a 4 step ladder. I bought trusting the label and was surprised to open and see the ladder has only 2 steps!!! It is shorter than a chair!!!! Just wasted £44 and I feel completely scammed.
