Trojan Electronics

Resigned from Trojan after the manager and supervisor told me to stop speaking my own language ( after the day before the manager told me there is nothing wrong ) with others. The old staff members are protected by the supervisor and new joiners are not protected by anyone. If you complain about something, no one will do anything. So you are left two options: you shut up am keep working, or you can get your things and go home.

Work is not that hard, but the environment, racism and other things coming from your colleagues, make you want to quit and look for something else.

Very disappointing.

one of the worse companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Need to arrange pallets dropping off best advice ask to speak with a manager or a cleaner instead of being shouted at like the person is deaf or just trying to make a point on the phone!

few weeks ago i called trojan electronics as i have heard a few things about
company last year and wanted to see what they can offer and wanted to work with the company. Spoke to a women who said she was manager and in charge and could help she started to talk about the business platform and when i had asked her a few questions she was clueless this frustrated me as basic questions she could not answer. Where do i go from here ?

I bought two item off of Groupon, which were supplied by Trojan Electronics 2018 Ltd. The items arrived damaged and spilling their contents everywhere. Obviously these were refused acceptance and returned to the courier at the same time. I called Trojan 10 time is the space of an hour, each time the call was disconnected by them. Avoid buying anything that comes from this company as it will be in a damaged state when you get it and then you will not be able to discuss the return with them as they will disconnect the call. Obviously having issues with their quality control.....sound like a bunch of cowboys and to be avoided at all costs. I would give no stars if I could!!

I bought a gogroopie voucher for Napisan.I thought that I ordered two lots of three in a pack. Very misleading photo shows three!!
Pack arrived with a very unpleasant Hermes driver.
Two boxes of 800g in pack. As I had ordered two lots was charged two lots of postage at £2.99 a time.
I feel completly and utterly conned. I can buy in local shops for around £4 for 800g.
Do not deal with this firm...

Do not recommend to have any business with them!

Arrived used instead new, offered joking discount for second hand item,
Stay away from them!

Trustu, Trojan Electronics or whatever it is they go by – they literally cannot tell the difference between a dog and cat. EVEN IF YOU SHOW THEM. TWICE. And returning an item to them is like sending a rocket to Mars. I've been done by sellers on Amazon before, but this one takes the bleedin' biscuit. Avoid them like you avoided everyone in 2020, but forever.
