Irchester Surgery

Disgraceful attitude towards people,cannot get into to see the doctor,no appointments,

If the doctor made more effort running one surgery instead of doing half a job in 2 then things might Improve.

As for Mrs Gestapo on reception don't even go there,she thinks she runs the NHS and talks to people like she trod on them,

Like I said,poor excuse for a doctor's surgery,

Order a pizza instead,at least it'll turn up.

So sad. In my 60s and I’ve now had two appointments cancelled and a call back I was given for a telephone consultation yesterday never happened.
I sincerely hope my breathing difficulties though life changing is not too serious as this service is dreadful

I could not get my hospital prescription from any chemist, the lovely receptionist sorted it out and great team work with the very nice GP sorted out an alternative that I could pick up the same day :))

Two days trying to get help for housebound elderly parent with bleeding, raw testicles.... even District Nurse got involved and still we are at Friday night with no help. They took my mother and he wouldnt change surgery...but now he has to before they kill him too. The main GP only interested in the money .... and the 5k op she had on her own bunion , which was marvellous by the way .... hardly any down time .... how lovely .... but not her poor elderly patients who are suffering.... and thats the ones with family trying to help. God only knows for those home alone with nobody.

it's impossible to get to talk on the phone to a doctor, it's disgusting they should be sacked if they are not coming back from hideing I've got to go and sit at the hospital now.

The absolute pits of a surgery, waiting 2 weeks for a receptionist to talk to a doctor who should have sent a referral 4 weeks ago.. Spoke to by one particular member of staff like I was nothing.. All in all the worst gp practice I've ever encountered

Considering the amount of pressure the health service is under me and my family are so far very happy with the service provided. Our children were always helped or seen if needed to and we were also called back or seen when needed to and given the right advice, help or onwards referrals. I believe that staff at Irchester surgery is doing their best to meet the ridiculous demand. Thank you all.

Cant get face to face appointment for 4 years old. Asked to get a cab and go to another surgery. Still waiting. No help whatsoever.
