I have been going there all my life and have never had issues with the staff. Very pleasant experience while having a check up, injection or blood test.

Doctor always fantastic, helpful and really feels like they care.

Unfortunately every time you call you’re waiting an age only to get through to what I can on my describe as the most miserable reception staff on earth. I work in a busy environment where the phone constantly goes so I can appreciate their frustration but they act as though you’ve called them on their personal number on their day off- huffing and generally making it clear they wish you hadn’t rang.

Unfortunately due to the ratio of unhelpful receptionists to one helpful doctor I will have to change practice... maybe I’ll get an appointment before I die elsewhere.

Been with this practice for about 9 months and they are generally helpful and polite. The most recent times I have been, the doctors haven’t been that helpful, one of them actually said ‘so what do you want me to do about it’ which was quite concerning.

Its been s struggle from the start and the start is the first point of contact, the reception team, Doctors I have seen have been good.. but feel totally violated by the reception team who enjoy misgendering me, on every visit and telling me I could not change my gender marker unless I had surgery, causing me unnecessary stress, when you already suffering from depression and not caring about my title.. Like its not important to someone suffering from GD. So its time to look for a new practice...there's no rainbow badges and smiles here...

The gp is very close to my house, not even a minute walk, but I changed gp because they are not working seriously. I speak from my own experience, this is the worst gp I've seen with all due respect to those who don't deserve. I absolutely do not recommend it. (0 star)

I have nothing good to say about this GP.
The receptionist are incredibly rude and do not care about you. I’ve been taken to A&E with serious penicillin allergy all could have been avoided if my actually GP would have given me the time and day to diagnose me.

Even with 111 telling them I need to see a doctor they would hang up the phone on me.

Something seriously need to change at this place because it’s a total disgrace and I would never recommend this place to anyone.Ever. Not if you want to get better.

I went to this practice to enquire if they are taking new patients as it's closer to my new address, I'm out of the catchment area for my current one and it then gives me a wider choice of local chemists. I was asked how long I've lived in Norwich and I advised I've been with my current practice for the last seven years. I was then told I should just stay with them. One receptionist made the encounter cold, uncaring and quite frankly they were rude! Needless to stay I'm staying put unless forced to move!

I work as a senior in a care home which means I have a GP practice that I have to contact regularly… I’ve got to say seeing how other practices work really does put this one to shame. The only time I felt happy with the practice was when Dr. Lister was in charge (many years ago). I complete online forms to save pestering the rude reception team, I press the option that says ‘I want to be contacted within hours’, takes them days to get back to me, even when the problem is important. Communication in that place is absolutely horrendous and I’m sorry to say but I really think it’s down to your reception team. I’ve found there’s one lady there who’s quite pleasant. Can’t fault the doctors, Dr. Mia is fab! My family love her and the nurses are also fab! I have made the decision to move which is very sad as I’ve been with this practice all of my life.
