Greens Norton Medical Centre

I have been using this doctors for the last 7 years and can't speak highly enough of it. The receptionists, dispensary, nurses and doctors are all so friendly and professional - 10 out of 10

What is the best thing about Greens Norton. When asked always say the surgery. I am always amazed at the kindness and Professionalism of ALL staff and can fully understand why they have such an excellent performance rating, one of the best in the country!.

Changed to greens norton medical practice about 12yrs ago. Can't fault anything.. The staff are great.

Probably the best treatment we have experience for 20 years. There is a proactive approach which reminds us of the fair and faroff days when Drs were Physicians! We have had nothing but excellent professional service - but wait- a sense that they do actually care, and that it is not just a 'day job'. Onward GNMC

Today I took my 99 year old mother to the Covid and flu vaccine clinic at the medical centre, everyone was so helpful and lovely to her, Thankyou

Excellent medical centre. First off there is none of that having a bun fight at 8am to get an appointment, and the receptionists are really helpful. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes when I arrive, and both the nurses and Doctors are direct, friendly and professional. They are also very proactive in treatment, calling you with test results rather than waiting for you to call them. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Can’t rate this practice highly enough
After my brother was discharged from hospital without equipment he needed I called them in tears and from the lovely warm empathic receptionist to the GP who called my brother straight back and sent out a paramedic who’s treated him with the dignity and compassion he serves I will be eternally grateful

Very good surgery. Only joined february this yr. Am very disappointed with what seems to be a total shambles with repeat prescription. All seem good to talk to then it just seems to fall apart with wrong amounts ir not ready to collect.
