Can never get a face to face appointment. I am still waiting to see a cardiologist nearly a year later and the doctors haven’t got a clue! Asked for an appointment for my daughter explaining that it will need to be a face to face with good reasoning and am still told I have to have a telephone consultation, what a waste of everyone’s time! When the receptionist didn’t see my reasoning she hung up on me. Waste of time.
