Irwell Medical Practice

My family and I have had many experience with this surgery over the year's. They really are fantastic and very much on the ball with things. Never had an issue getting an appointment if needed even through the whole CV19. Doctors, Nurses and staff are all amazing I can't speak highly enough of this practice.

This is the best doctors surgery I've ever been to. The receptionists are helpful and professional. The nurses are brilliant and the doctors are amazing. The cleaners do a wonderful job in keeping the medical centre clean to a very high standard. Thank you everyone!

After reaching the limits of my well tested patience with the "neurologically different" registrations person who won't accept the nationally available form for registration and insists you complete the same form photocopied by the surgery I finally lost the will to live and despite my partner registering here I went to rawtenstall instead.

If the GPs of this surgery believe this is in any way normal or acceptable.. And clearly they do as I'm not the first to be driven round the bend by it then why would I trust their judgement when it comes to the more serious issue of my own health care?

I thought Ryanair was bad for customer service... Trust me I'd never fly with them again even if they were the only provider of air travel.. But beggar me it really Is possie to be worse.. Who knew...

No hand gel in the dispensers. Dirty chair i had to clean to sit down. Up down up down. Good job theres a lift. Not impressed at all

I had a medical procedure today at Irwell doctors well I just wanted to let Deborah Walton and Doctor Kate Ealing to know that my appointment went great they were so reassuring and very helpful x Nothing was too much for them with all my questions and I was so relaxed so a big big Thankyou to you both x Two beautiful ladies kind and so very caring Thankyou again 💯

I Had the Moderna Booster Jab here, previously I had Two AstraZeneca jabs before this in Burnley, the Nurses at Irwell medical centre are, and have always been absolutely fantastic! Always a pleasure, even if I am there for something wrong. Since this, two unvaccinated people in my house have caught Covid, where as I have not yet had it thankfully.
