The indifference of the receptionist at this surgery is unreal. Channel 4 ought to do a program on them. Come to that they could do a whole series. I would say that they are as much use as a chocolate teapot, (but then that could be a snack). Glass nails more like. Pig ignorant and rude. Avoid.
