Longsands Medical Centre

I have always found this surgery to be superb. The staff are great and sensitive to my needs. To one review - The receptionist may be in the middle of completing a transaction so waiting to attend to you is totally reasonable. The doctors are thorough and approachable and have always tended to me and my family well. We are lucky to have such a great local service. Thank you.

Totally rude receptionists!! So unhelpful and it's like they love to tell you only bad news! Much better practice with me there as a receptionist! Looking to change doctors currently

Receptionists are extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest. No issues with the Doctors always provided a great service. Get better receptionists and youll have a much better GP service.
