The doctors and receptionists are as helpful as they can be while under the stress that the nhs is under. One thing that does let them down is the shear struggle to get an appointment. Other than that the doctors seem to care and receptionists seem to be friendly and good at theyre jobs. Dr luckhurst is probably the doctor you would want too if you can request.

The Doctors here really need investigating. I had to be hospitalized to find out i had diabetes amongst other things. Why bother taking blood? Anyhow I changed to a great place where the Doctors know what they are doing and i am medicated properly.

Disgraceful practice, they persistently make you wait until I run low/out of meds before they will let me order more. Then when you try to explain to the idiot answering the phone that i have a job where making a phone call is impossible you are referred to their website, which is absolutely terrible! looks and feels like it was designed by child 🤦‍♂️

This is the worst medical centre/ doctors there could be . If you need an appointment ring at 8 in the morning. it doesn't matter if you have a job that makes this impossible that just means you are unable to get an appointment. And as far as they are concerned not important. This system needs to change to make it fair for everyone not just the jobless.

Never have I known a doctors that doesn’t book appointments in advance. You have to call at 8am in the morning which by that point about 50 other people are calling and then your stuck in a que to be told there are no more appointments for the day. Be trying to get my son looked at for over a year but keep on getting fobbed of with phone appointments and pictures. I am going to change doctors. The one I used to be registered to before I moved here were the best

Absolutely atrocious. The practice GP's seem to have vanished, obviously prioritising their private work. All you ever get is a call back from an unknown GP. My partner was recently misdiagnosed via a phone call and ended up waiting 10 hours in A&E, before being admitted with internal bleeding

Had to give one star but overall don't really deserve that; well perhaps 1 or 2 of the friendly reception staff do. I always acknowledge their friendly, helpful attitude. Majority of the time reception staff are difficult, argumentative and unprofessional hence I am anxious even just ringing up. One size doesn't fit all and they need to have more flexibility to cater to individual patients. Love my G.P. Dr Tayyab Hussain but sadly due to reception staff and what I deem poor management I have decided enough is enough. I usually seek medical help elsewhere cutting out the practice. This practice does seem to have a bad reputation and even when they make big mistakes I have never had apologies, always made to feel it's my fault. Disgraceful and needs to be assessed by outside agencies.😡👍Annoys me the practice gets money from the NHS just having me on their books. Well enough is enough leaving!!!
