Absolutely poor service, been on hold for 50 minutes got cut off and pushed to back of queu when rung back. Moved 2 of my appointments. Makes you not want to get checked out because of the hassle. Sick of this i’ll be changing my surgery. Never experienced such slow unorganised work . Either need more staff or retraining. I’m not the only one who has complained!

Horrible experience. Submitted my registration form 2years ago and still waiting for a call from them. Apparently they are extremely busy but later on I found out from one of the locals if you don't know one of the doctors they wont register you. they are like running a friends and family business here lol

Due to heavy traffic today I’ve late 8 minutes and they don’t served me, they offered me another appointment next Thursday. Wasted more than half an hour driving, fuel, explained them reason - it was only 8 minutes. Absolutely poor reception service. Last time when I’ve arrived in time, there was no problem for them to hold me waiting for 40 minutes. Small, always full car park not helps too.

Awful doctors make you more ill! Lucky if you get past the Receptionist they're make it so hard to get an appointment always a long waite when you ring up iv been wanting a x Ray for my lungs iv been wheezy for a year they never sort anything out just always give me antibiotics and inhalers that never work! Then refuse giving me inhalers due to running out so quick but they won't get me any other help!!!! It's a joke.

Iv been at thursby surgery all my life…up until 2’months ago… Iv been in terrible back pain and tried to get a referal for a ct scan… PRIVATE as didn’t want to wait. It took the receptionists 6 weeks to get my referal sorted with so many phone calls to the surgery. . In the end my husband took me down( no appointment) and we managed to walk in daneshouse and saw dr Ahmed ( he could see how much pain I was in) it took 3 mins for him to do the referal. Unbelievable.. didn’t get to speak to a practice manager or anyone to help me. Disgusting service and hardly any doctors actually working there.
Dr Bailey was amazing when he was there and I had fabulous care when I went through breast cancer 18 years ago. It’s just so sad how this practice has gone downhill.

Absolute horrible service. I don’t understand the need for this new “you can only book appointments for the day, and have to ring at 8am” rule. Some people work 9-5 also been waiting on the phone every single day for 1/2 hours + only to be told “there are no appointments left for the day please call back tomorrow”. Absolute waste of time and extremely inconsiderate and inconvenient! How are you even supposed to get seen by a doctor when you can’t even get booked in to being with?! How is this new strategy helpful or benefitting anybody?!.

Very bad rescption service at this surgery when you try to make appointment with Dr Ahmad on the same day but they won't even listen they give there own diagnosis and book you with different Dr or with nurse 3 week every Monday and Tuesday been trying to get appointment with this Dr unpleasant and rude towards us

I’ve been going to this surgery since I was a child. It was great when dr Bailey, dr anwar and few other doctors used to work there now it has gone downhill and when I ring up for appointments it’s always only on the day appointments when that is hard for people who work Monday-Friday as can’t be expected to drop everything and attend an appointment. Had a chest infection which they didn’t pick up on for weeks then gave me an inhaler thinking I have asthma without doing tests which made me even worse. Sorry now but I’ve been pushed to change doctors which I have done this morning as I’m extremely unhappy with the service provided. Also some receptionists are very rude and don’t bother about what your trying to say to them
