Yorkshire Street Medical Centre

Reception staff are great, booking on line great, nice and helpful. And my appointment with the doctor, not great.... lacking key skills like; being helpful, putting your mind at ease, showing an interest in your problem, I got the feeling I was in the way, a gooseberry, a spare part. Not good in the grand scheme of things.

I've been with this mdical practice for years and I can honestly say I have had no problems seeing a doctor when I have needed one. Staff are friendly and allways polite when on the telephone.

The staff are amazing, polite and understanding.
It is a pity that my previous medical centre staff, are not up to Yorkshire Streets standard.

Highly recommended. The receptionists are very helpfull and the doctor's are great compared to my last doctor's who I wouldn't have given 1 star to. Can't recommend them enough. THEY'RE GREAT!

I've been with this medical centre for a year now and still have not been able to speak to my doctor. The reception staff are some of the rudest people I've ever met and speak to patients like dirt..... Its shocking
