The treatment I have received from every member of the health centre has been absolutely first class.
I have lived abroad for 6 months and we should all be so grateful for the standard of care and not take it for-granted.

It's near impossible to book an appointment when the receptionists are so rude. You can only book an appointment if you ring up at 8 the same day to be told no time and time again. They find and give you reasons not to book you an appointment, so your concerns are not being listened to at all making it hard to get an appointment booked. You feel frustrated and feel like not even booking an appointment at the GP because of how rubbish the system is, otherwise the doctors are absolutely fine.

Rude receptionist and rude assistant practice manager, wouldn’t want to book an appointment here again even if given the chance. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Heard many other reports of the receptionist being rude and the manager won’t have non of it. The only high is most doctors/ nurses are lovely and make up for the front desks appalling manners.

Always manage to get an appointment and get my prescriptions on time! Ordering pescriptons online is super easy, rather than waiting on the phone! The doctors and nurses are always friendly! The receptionists take the time to understand what the problem is the best they can, in order to refer you to the right person! Great Practice

Always manage to get an appointment usually on the same day. Doctors and nursing staff are brilliant. Always found the receptionists very helpful and friendly.

Saw 2 doctors Wednesday afternoon...4.15. They were amazing!

Had an appointment today with Dr Rob. He was so lovely with my little girl and made her at ease when she wasnt feeling very well. The receptionist was friendly and helpful too. Thanks :)

Can't praise the surgery enough. They have been so helpful and understanding and efficient. It has made a huge difference to me and my family. The Doctors and Receptionist are always so helpful and understanding and keep you updated. Knowing the pressure the staff are under I wanted to say thank you.
