Dr S Hebden - Rosegrove Surgery

Just been reading some of the reviews and I can't understand the bad ones. Yes they do get busy but doesn't everywhere? This is a great practice Dr Hebden is the best doctor anywhere and the staff are all great. No problem is too much for them. Amazing practice

Gets worse every year.

Almost impossible to be seen even though your told by doctors at Urgent Care you need treatment but it need to be through your GP.

Those who work lates get shafted by a horrendous set up.

Receptionist offer 0 help in regards to anything and become a huge barrier in actual help

Pure laziness to help actual people

This surgery has gone completely down hill, try getting past receptionists there are a couple that are ok but rest don't seem to care.
I just won't ring anymore no matter how rough I feel, you know after 30min waiting only to be told no appointments not even phone appointment.
Oh why do the receptionists not give there name anymore
The doctors are really nice it's just getting to see them come on Dr Hebbdon please make things easier thank you

May as well speak to a brick wall!! Surgeries need to realise that problems don't just occur at 8am, believe it or not people have jobs to go to, children to sort out and don't always have time to sit and wait 30 mins to be told no appointments left please call back tomorrow. No wonder urgent care is so busy

I had an x ray 3 week ago ,because of severe pain in my back, and all I want to know what is causing me this pain that goes all down my right leg and stops me from walking I have rang the drs umpteen times to try and get to know the results ,but to no avail.This drs is a joke .so uncaring .

You can never ever get through even if you ring on the second of opening. Waiting in a que to result in no appointments. I have had pleurisy this year but got told on an over the phone app it was just a virus, ended up in hospital. Got told yesterday they couldn’t help and ended up calling 111 for a chest infection that needed antibiotics and an inhaler. Now trying to get through for my son and it just diverts me. Some of the receptionists are quite rude. Changing doctors in the new year.

Honestly,, don't bother,, you will never get to see a GP, doesn't matter what the circumstances are,, receptionists are left to diagnose medical conditions and make a judgement call as to whether you may receive any help,, which us,, the tax payer pay for bye the way,, do yourself and the practice a favour and call 111

Moved to this surgery from Burnley Group Practice and I am so happy I did, in 6 months all five members of my family have had face to face appointments, something that even precovid was impossible with my previous surgery. Can't recommend enough.
