Manchester Road Surgery

Unhelpful staff,just routine things like sorting out a prescription review are made terribly difficult.They should be providing a service to the community,but instead they seem to be making it inexcessable to the people who need it most.The CQC rated it as needed improvement in 2018 ,it clearly has not improved so action should be taken by the CQC.one star is to many for this place

This surgery has closed and all patients have been transferred to St Peters Centre, no one told me of this and I can not get a face to face appointment to see a doctor, I am utterley disgusted at the service provided, this is all part of the tory government trying to save money, they don't care about the NHS.

Been registered in this gp for a year. Never was able to gett an appointment. Don't understand how are they still open. Discussing.

Horrible experience, horrible receptionist. Took ages to get through to them, my call kept being forwarded for half an hour, this was around 1pm. Then when I did get through the receptionist was very short and rude with me, even when the health issue I was discussing was sensitive. Awful awful experience. They should be ashamed of the service they are providing.

Receptionist and staff are very cold, unwelcoming and downright unhelpful. There is no way to reach this practice by telephone or email.

My phone appointment was scheduled for 11am, they called at 10:21, as an unknown number which meant I was unable to return the missed call. A short voicemail was left (4 seconds) wherein the receptionist said the practice would try again soon to reach me ; even after 6hrs, there had been no further attempts to contact me. This is already after the unncearily arduous task of getting an appointment booked.

Absolutely terrible, i wouldn't recommend this practice for the life of me. I know for a fact i am one of many whomst has had embarrassingly poor treatment from Burnley group practice, Manchester road surgery

Used to be a good surgery completely the opposite now not helpfull takes days to even talk to someone on the phone then pushed to St Peters centre at the other end of town what happened to local doctors disgusted and dissatisfied

I have never been anywhere with less understanding or empathy in my life!! They have absolutely no understanding or compassion for there patients and will not go out of their way to help them!! Endless unnecessary trips with an elderly parent who struggles with mobility, booked appointments upstairs and then told when she turns up if she cant get upstairs she might not be able to be seen !! Then left stood out in the cold after I'd told them she couldnt stand up. When i said "you could if let her take a seat while you checked" they just rolled their eyes.. Absolutely disgusting how they treat their patients!!

Worst doctors surgery I've ever had the misfortune to use. One star is two stars too many.
