Dr L Motupalli

MY WIFE IS NOW VERY POORLY DUE TO CARELESS POLYPHARMACY AT THIS PRACTICE.

Dr Motupalli has been my GP for many years and for this I consider myself very fortunate indeed. He always listens carefully to any concerns I may have and is very easy to talk to. I feel he shows real empathy and understanding which would put anyone at ease. He's a brilliant Dr.
who's extremely hardworking and who provides a first class medical service
in the community.

Dr Matupali has been my doctor for 30 years. He has a great repore with me and will spend time listening to my concerns rather than rushing me out the door, The staff are very helpful and polite. He just is "the best Doctor a patient could have "

The reception staff at this practice are absoulty awful and speak to you like something they have trodden in. And practice manager isn't much better either !!

Reception staff are AWFUL. In particular one.Anytime I need an appointment I absolutely dread having to ring as i know if she answers il get spoken to like I’m deaf dumb and stupid. Aggressive receptionist who’s quite clearly in the wrong job.
Not good when your ringing for help but have to compete with Sheba the warrior receptionist first!
Not the ideal job to be in when you lack basic people skills.

The reception staff are awful, snobby, arrogant, the nurses also think that patients aren't people but something you can talk down to, the Dr himself, careless, rude and there is no compassion in him, or I've never seen it from him. Overall I am disgusted at this practice and the gp himself

I have been registered at the surgery, for the entirety of my life..no matter where I resided...abroad or in the British Isles.
I have been quite fortunate; to have experienced the medical expertise of the likes of Dr.Quinn, Dr.Hewitt, and Dr.Kundu.
And finally in my opinion; the most astute and magnanimous one of them all, the benevolent Dr.Motupalli. The practise gets highly recommended, for its professionalism, and the incessant support they give to their respected patients, at the Blackburn Road Medical Practice.
