The recepionists are rude, they dont tell you the correct time. Ive been running there today to give my urine sample just to find out that the nurse left already when it wasent the time yet for them to leave.

DO NOT JOIN THIS SURGERY! My elderly grandmother HAD to join these Doctors as she moved into the area. She is house bound, and lIves in a care facility. Her GP who she has been appointed has NEVER seen her, they forget to attend call outs, made by ourselves or the carers. My Grandmother suffers with heart disease, age related illnesses and severe arthritis, they cannot be bothered. A shockingly uncaring surgery. Oh and they are NOT open Tuesday and Friday afternoon's. Really disappointed in the care they provide! We have complained once to the practice manager already and she's only been with them 3 months! !!

Located in a very nice área ,parking very easily.
Possible to go by bus as well.
The clinic very tidy and clean, the attendants well trained, professionals also very kind.
Working hours exactly how they say in internet also by the doors.

Recently had to discuss appointments with receptionists for family members on two occasions - visited in person rather than telephoning.
The receptionists were polite, patient and, to the extent that the system allows, helpful. The system itself - not limited to this practice - is frustrating.

Trying to book an appointment for my baby. Rang the surgery at 8am the time is now 11am, the phone is still ringing with no one to pick up or offer an appointment. Absolutely disgusting.

As far as GP surgeries go, this one isnt bad. There are a few practices linked together, so if you are able to travel to any of them they can usually accommodate you in an emergency. Receptionists have always been pleasant.

This Surgery in Poplers has not been open for over a year, this area is full of old peoples homes and elderly living bungalows. Yet the best we can get on the rare ocassion we can get to see anyone is to take a trip to the old town , baring in mind many of us do not walk so well, so taxi is the only option ( and expensive on limited income) yes I am aware of Covid , but. We need our surgery back.

Sadly this surgery to be closed and merged with the Chells practice I am not happy so I will leave and sign up with the Shephalll Practice bad move Stanmore group to do this I was asked to complete a survey and said so dont fancy busing into town to go to partner practice Stanmore Road or even further two buses thats a day ticket to their other partners at St Nicholas practice very poor move Stanmore Group and you should be ashamed of youurselves lots of elderly use poplars and now be forced to bus up to Chells and even with a bus pass if your not feeling well and with Covid and everything shocking this merge is yet to happen but they think its best for us and the poplars is no longer viable who makes these decisons will update when ive further info on it all.
