Dr Fernando - Chells Way Surgery

Definitely not the surgery it once was. Our GP is disinterested and borderline rude. Receptionists clearly under too much pressure and so appear uncaring and mistakes are made. Good luck trying to get an appointment within a week without going down there at 7 am.

One of the worst doctors surgery's I've ever used. Dr osindero has misdiagnosed my son twice. Tried calling this morning for same day appointment as soon as the phone line opened was instantly engaged, spent half an hour trying to get through. Getting a normal appointment is just as bad as you normally have to wait a month to actually get seen.
