I was seeing by Dr Daodu about a very sensitive matter. He made me feel very relaxed, he was professional but also he seemed to care about me being comfortable and he acknowledged my worry. I am very pleased with the service I received. It is the first time that I had a GP treating me like a human being.

Today I had the greatest pleasure of meeting with Dr Cormack 15114 for a DVLA assessment and blood test.
I can honestly say this was the easiest appointment I have tended.
Dr Cormack was very inviting, kind, knowledgeable and simply made things easy.
I am one to get nervous prior to any medical appointment without exception. This nervousness was taken away with simple kind conversation and getting straight to it.
I thank him dearly for the appointment and I can say for the rest of us that have nerves prior to an appointment, with Dr Cormack do not be nervous he is a wonderful, caring and a knowledgeable Doctor which ticks all the boxes for me and I am a nervous man when it comes to seeing the “doc”.

I hope this helps anyone with nerves as I had.

The surgery is also clean and socially distanced and sanitiser on every ledge.

Great experience overall. If given the option I would always come back and see Dr Cormack and the lovely reception staff.

Three months on the trot now my Prescription has either not been sent to the pharmacist or the wrong item was sent! I would like to know why it’s so difficult to send Repeat prescriptions to the pharmacist as it was before Covid. This service is disgusting, my blood pressure tablets are not ready again, and a nasal spray was ordered instead of my inhaler! Seriously it can’t be that difficult can it?

Everything about this drs is awesome. You hear so many horror stories from other surgeries in the area and I'm forever bigging up this one. Super fast on the phone, e-consults are magic, and the staff are really friendly. It speaks volumes for a surgery when the reception staff are friendly and efficient. The drs are awesome too and really take their time to listen. Dr commerack really helped me through a tough time a couple of years ago. I appreciate you all.

People are so quick to complain about the health service in this country, however since I transferred over to this surgery last November I really have to say a big thank you to the doctors and the whole team, they have been very supportive and I always manage to get a face to face appointment when requested which is very tough these days….thank you to all.

Shephall health centre is one of the best in my opinion from the receptionists to the doctors never had a problem getting to have a face to face or a telephone appointment and they are very helpful and supportive.

I'm really impressed by how proactive the practice is with keeping my medication up to date. They sent me a reminder to book a medication review a month in advance which I haven't had with GP surgeries in the past. Booking appointments is so much easier than it was with my previous GPs

I also really appreciate how kind and helpful the reception staff are!

I've been with this surgery for the past 5 years and i am so happy that they finally hired great Dr Jack Hannah,because before it was only Dr Cormack who was helpful and knew his job. Now they have 2 amazing doctors and it's always a pleasure to deal with them.
