Always get appointments on time and receive excellent care. The reception staff is very polite and the doctors and nurses are knowledgeable. Thank you for all your effort especially Dr Robinson for being very kind and empathic.

Been with this surgery over 30 years . I've always had good care . That was until covid hit ..since then not only this doctors as gone down hill . You can't get appointments, you struggle to get to see somebody often phone appointments only . The fact you can no longer get repeat prescriptions only by going online or if your able bodied Walking to the surgery ( which I cant do ).your stuck . The full nhs is pathetic . And the doctors become lazy .
They don't seem to care Any longer .. often fobbing you off with tablets your illergic to

Prescribed my wife a drug she is allergic to despite my wife's concerns and subsequently she has suffered life changing injuries to her ears. Absolutely disgusting. Medical negligence.
We are having to spend thousands in the search for a cure and my wife hasn't been able to work since the episode 11 months ago.........
An update (24-1-23) - no change in her condition. Life-changing injury caused by medical negligence. Two years of torture

Please avoid this surgery since covid their service has been horrendous and they remove patient without their acknowledgement and refuse to take responsibility when held accountable and the receptionist will acuse you of having mental health issues.
