Bedwell Medical Centre

Receptionist/assistant was good and managed to explain things clearly to me after the actual dentist was rude, condescending and really wasn't interested in what i was saying or asking. i walked out of the room panicking as things were not explained at all by the dentist and luckily the receptionist was very helpful afterwards and explained things with a leaflet and managed to calm me down. Unfortunately due to the rudeness and unemphatic dentist it was a really horrible experience overall and i cant give it more than one star.

If I could give 0 stars I would APSOLUTLY a useless doctor. I have two people regularly who can get I'll very easily. So I asked if it was contagious... Oh I don't know what it is come back if it hasn't cleared up in two weeks!?

The front desk are so rude. They hang the phone without listening to anyone.and they useless.
If they are not happy with them job Asda hiring for restocking the shelf at night .
Or other job they can work as labouring in building site .
And what I can see that’s come from the top even the manager .

All staff here are lovely and polite. I have found all reception staff, doctors and nurses to be amazing here. Very lucky to have such a wonderful surgery so local.

Reception was very helpful and the doctor very professional.

Useless Drs, useless receptionist, what a waste of time

My husband has recently had a stroke the staff at both surgeries have been wonderful to both of us

Utterly useless doctor told my mum to go to A&E bearing in mind she has just finished chemo can barely walk and has felt sick all day, got to her flat and she was on the floor because she is dizzy and weak called back the doctor and was advised to call an ambulance. The doctor is a 2 minute walk away. Utter joke do something for your money!
