Whenever I've had an issue with anything i make Christine Price - Practice Manager, my first port of call and she always sorts out any issue. I find the receptionists polite and most really try and help. I believe it's how they're approached because many people are rude to them when it's not their fault.
Comparing their services with the previous surgery and found The Limes Surgery is the best on below experience:
Easy to get appointment
Friendly doctors
Detail discussion about the issue and treatment (previous experience when doctors were not ready hear complete problems/issues)
Special thanks to Dr Brar who treated me really well.
Thank you 😊
Been battling for weeks to get them to make one simple phone call to msk and now having to change GP surgery and take legal action against a doctor and the surgery which has left me without the correct referrals and in constant pain and now having to use a walking stick and splints on both hands.
I suggest you use another surgery as this is the worst I have ever come across
You shouldn’t need to ask them to be referred.
My son needs help, and honestly I’m just heartbroken after moving to UK recently I was hoping that at least the GP would help him with his special needs and guide us to the correct places. Or at least seeing him. But no, it seemed like he was in a rush to hang out the phone. I hope that we’ll find another one with better understanding of what GP should be.
I was in the process of reporting this gp for misconduct to the governing body, but when I passed my assesment I felt there was no need. My solicitor put in writing to the practice my instructions to release the documents and copies of the letters they stated represented her diagnosis, as to release any information they said they needed permission in writing. There had been other occasions where I’ve been swapped from doctor to doctor without my permission and she was signed to me without me being informed of the decision at all after dr blankfeild left. Normally the receptionists can be a bit brusque or offhanded but generally they listened but tried to fob me off when I was annoyed by the wrong diagnosis and offered the said gp to have a look at them! I was so angry and upset and as this involved my ex husband and the outcome of the whole case, refused. After all, if she couldn’t get the diagnosis right the first time, why would I ask her to look at them again! Really disgusted. She hadn’t even referred ne at the time she made the diagnosis, I only found out as it had been written on my notes that I could access online at the time.
Since then my prescriptions have been either early or on time, whereas previuosly they hadn’t. Advise if you have a serious issue like i did, avoid like the plague.
