I’ve been a patient at Limes for just over 11 years and I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve always received. The receptionists have always been polite, calm and efficient. The Doctors have always been kind and patient. I’ve recently been seen by a GP in the surgery so I don’t really know what others are moaning about not seeing doctors in the pandemic and when I have had a phone call with a GP I got the same outcome if I had been sat in front of them. My husband had to have an operation last October and it was thanks to his GP fighting his corner with the hospital that he was seen when he was. She regularly called to make sure he was doing ok while waiting for the op. I’m so grateful to everyone at The Limes for everything they do and best of all it’s 100% FREE!!!

I have been at this surgery for many years and it's the most awful practice I have ever been with you can never get an appointment they don't seem to care at all, the receptionist is very cold and uncaring. This practice is so bad that when i tried to sign with a different one they had been told not to accept anymore patients from Limes as to many patients were leaving limes practice.

I've been with the surgery for years and apart from a few problems a while ago when the surgery were undergoing many staff changes etc, I think the practice is the best it's even been.
Whenever I've had an issue with anything i make Christine Price - Practice Manager, my first port of call and she always sorts out any issue. I find the receptionists polite and most really try and help. I believe it's how they're approached because many people are rude to them when it's not their fault.

Must say good and friendly doctors.
Comparing their services with the previous surgery and found The Limes Surgery is the best on below experience:
Easy to get appointment
Friendly doctors
Detail discussion about the issue and treatment (previous experience when doctors were not ready hear complete problems/issues)
Special thanks to Dr Brar who treated me really well.
Thank you 😊

The most incompetent practice manager and inept doctors.
Been battling for weeks to get them to make one simple phone call to msk and now having to change GP surgery and take legal action against a doctor and the surgery which has left me without the correct referrals and in constant pain and now having to use a walking stick and splints on both hands.
I suggest you use another surgery as this is the worst I have ever come across

I've been taking my Nan to this surgery for several years and on every occasion we have been supported with great access and care. All the doctors we have seen were considerate and gave us the time we needed. Considering the pressures on the NHS, the reception team have always done their best to accommodate us. Thank you Limes!

The worst experience ever. GPs they should guide you, advice you, help you, and finally they should be able to refer you to specialists.
You shouldn’t need to ask them to be referred.
My son needs help, and honestly I’m just heartbroken after moving to UK recently I was hoping that at least the GP would help him with his special needs and guide us to the correct places. Or at least seeing him. But no, it seemed like he was in a rush to hang out the phone. I hope that we’ll find another one with better understanding of what GP should be.

Absolutely dreadful experience I had with one of the gps misdiagnosing me, on my current notes which she wasn’t qualified enough to do for a condition I had in the nineties, for which I was correctly diagnosed by a consultant professor at a hospital at the time. The gp took her diagnosis from a letter that had been written previuosly, rather than referring me this year to a consultant for correct diagnosis, for what she described as an ongoing condition, which it wasn’t. I was and still am going through a difficult court case and her incorrect diagnosis could have completely affected the whole case. As it was I had an independent capacity assesment for which I paid for, conducted by a consultant of behalf of the court and under the solicitors in structions, otherwise she would no longer be able to act for me u til that had been conducted and I had passed.
I was in the process of reporting this gp for misconduct to the governing body, but when I passed my assesment I felt there was no need. My solicitor put in writing to the practice my instructions to release the documents and copies of the letters they stated represented her diagnosis, as to release any information they said they needed permission in writing. There had been other occasions where I’ve been swapped from doctor to doctor without my permission and she was signed to me without me being informed of the decision at all after dr blankfeild left. Normally the receptionists can be a bit brusque or offhanded but generally they listened but tried to fob me off when I was annoyed by the wrong diagnosis and offered the said gp to have a look at them! I was so angry and upset and as this involved my ex husband and the outcome of the whole case, refused. After all, if she couldn’t get the diagnosis right the first time, why would I ask her to look at them again! Really disgusted. She hadn’t even referred ne at the time she made the diagnosis, I only found out as it had been written on my notes that I could access online at the time.
Since then my prescriptions have been either early or on time, whereas previuosly they hadn’t. Advise if you have a serious issue like i did, avoid like the plague.
