We have changed from a Fleet surgery to Voyager and had top service since the day we joined. The refreshing change is the helpful, happy, receptionists, for whom nothing is too much trouble. I dealt with a lady called Jo yesterday and was so impressed with her amazing knowledge and help. Well done Voyager!

Every time I've needed to contact Voyager about anything I've always been able to speak to someone on the phone, or if I've done an e-consult, I've been contacted well within the given timeframe. I recently had a phone consultation with Kate who was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had and also gave me information I didn't know I needed! I've spoken with Kate a few times and have always been incredibly impressed, as I have with the rest of the staff there - in my opinion the best surgery in Farnborough!

I live in Somerset and my father is a patient of this practice. He is 96 years old and in need of a lot of care. I contacted the surgery on Tuesday and with the help of a very professional receptionist called chloe had the urgent care team call me. He was visited by the paramedic team. I contacted the surgery today and again another receptionist called Jackie helped me and someone from the response team is going to him on Saturday to assess his needs. All I can say is thank you to chloe and Jackie for your help. I hope the surgery appreciate you .xx Deanna

Just thought I would leave a very positive review! I never have trouble getting through to the ladies on reception, and they always have a
cheer in their voices. Today I was 1st in queue to be answered,1 routine appointment booked,and a telephone call booked. Received that call in less than half hour and a appointment to go in tomorrow, cant say fairer than that. Yes there days when maybe they are busier than normal,and not everyone can be cheery all the time but on a whole great service.

used to be happy with being a patient here until one of the gp’s i believe was my newly named one, basically said my reaction/interaction with a medication he prescribed against one i was already taking was a lie, it’s even in black and white online that they cause a major interaction and to report it if you experience the listed side effects, which i did. refused a follow up/check up with me, as 111 advised and just prescribed a different medication, all of this was done through text message. not the service i expected after having good service previously.

The level of service from Voyager Surgery in Southwood is outstanding. Every time I speak with them or visit they are exceptionally friendly and professional and helpful.
They look after my parents just as I have always wanted a surgery to look after them. If you are able to sign up with this surgery, do it, it will be the best thing you do today!
Just speaking with them earlier, I had the pleasure of dealing with a lady called Linda who was incredibly helpful and accomodating for my parents and just makes you feel so great!

Good surgery who keep you up to date with texts. Would be good to expand what is available online e.g. messaging services and being able to request appointments for non urgent things online.

The patient services manager should show a bit more empathy rather than trying to prove that she has a point and need to investigate and put action plans in place for the errors they made. Wrong person for the job.
