Called 96 times to make an appoint between 8:00-8:06 and was told they have all gone. Really need to see the doc asked to speak with Manager she said she’s the manager and there’s nothing that can be done. She then asked if I was a particular patient-I’m assuming if I said yes then I would have gotten an appointment. I told her I think I’m going to change GPs she told me to go ahead then and I may get appointments there. Such great healthcare service.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I've been at this surgery for years and it's progressively got worse. I had Dr kota tell me that anxiety isn't real and dismiss mental health issues, told reception I want her removed as my GP so when I call I see anyone except Dr kota, next apt guess who I got..
I was given incorrect information with regards to maternity referrals and bloods and ended up getting everything done late because of the misinformation from the GP and reception staff who were equally useless. I ended up having a missed miscarriage which would have been picked up weeks before if not for their incompetence slowing everything down.
The receptionists talk to you through the intercom since covid, when you arrive at the surgery. They expect you to discuss your personal issues over this, infront of any bystanders also waiting to go in. Its honestly the absolute worst surgery you could join. I'd advise anyone thinking of joining to look absolutely anywhere else. The receptionists ask inappropriate questions regarding your issues that should be discussed only between yourself and a GP, there's more chance of hell freezing over than you getting an appointment here- 98 calls and you'll be told they're all gone when you get through, some of the GPs have been okay over the years but again, always late, rushed service, dismissive etc..
I can't imagine how many other people have been let down by this surgery. Abysmal.
