Awful. Could never speak to a Dr. Got told I wasn't a priority. Left me in a suicidal state without any care. Waited on paperwork to be signed for 8 weeks after paying 80 quid, lost my job due to taking too long. I was replaced. Never want to go back. Disgusting place

I just call and I had the most beautiful conversation thit a nice laydy to the reception , she was so nice and polite and I said i prefer to registrate with the form insted online and she respond it to me so nicely to go and pick up the form , thank you so much and see you shorly Xx

Just called Odiham Health Centre and had the most lovely receptionist pick up the phone. Very helpful and nice. Real relief! Thank you!

We recently moved into Odiham and before we could register with the Surgery, I had developed an extremely sore throat! My wife registered me in the morning, I had confirmation of this an hour later. My wife then went in and explained my symptoms. The receptionist could not have been more helpful. Arrangements were made for a doctor to call me that same afternoon. Dr Andrew’s was extremely pleasant (and of course highly professional), he suggested a course of antibiotics and arranged for me to pick them up that same afternoon from the Pharmacy! The NHS and GP surgeries have received a lot of bad press, which I always thought was unwarranted and my experience just proves the point! Thank you 😊

I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to the staff and doctors at this surgery. So many people I know can't get any appointments or even talk to anyone but this surgery is amazing. The receptionists are busy and probably stressed, but if you are polite they want to help you the best they can. The doctors are also amazing and I would not want to be at any other surgery.

Receptionist was uninterested and overtly unhelpful when I called for help about getting my asthma pumps, even though I explained I was panicking because I couldn’t breathe - told me to wait 2 days and call them back if I’ve not heard back, which can be life or death for someone suffering from an attack. Had to approach the pharmacy for help, and will be changing practice.

10 / 10 I submitted an e consult enquiry this morning and Dr Nicci Pickup has replied this afternoon. Thank you Dr Pickup, your advice is appreciated.

Promised they would look after my mum who is terminally ill but cannot talk to doctor nurses do not call back, I do not know what to do next
