Update: worst surgery I've ever come across. Absolutely useless and no care for patients well being. Been contacting them for over a week for a repeat of my prescription but instead been ignored and left to deal with the withdrawal on my own. Do not use this surgery

It took this surgery a week to issue the details of my mother's death so that I could arrange a death certificate.
They are uncontactable, the phone is unanswered and the message say they are dealing with emergencies only and refers you to the Web site which has no useful detail, just links to health care Web sites.
This is a failed organisation that should be ashamed of there performance.

Like most doctors surgeries they are under pressure,they arent the only ones facing issues,
But kindness,politeness doesn't cost anythin,
My daughter needed some help they said that they would put her forward what they did was send her a leaflet to deal with it herself,she tried this organisation and they said she needed to go back to the doctors as this service wasn't right for her,doctors was yet again useless,you can't give them ya symptoms they say they can only deal with one thing at a te and you'll have toake an another appointment..I didn't want to come bk to this surgery I left it many years ago but coz my practice closed I was put bk here
the only decent doctor is Dr Woods and sometimes chand

The receptionist my mum spoke to was disgusting. She was only asking about a medicine that had been prescribed. The receptionist seemed to think she knew best and kept interrupting and she got it wrong. I then spoke to her and she tried interrupting me, I told her I respected her enough to finish what she was saying yet she did not show me the same respect.

So inefficient, they introduced something called e-consult services to ease the burden on the phone line, which is the hardest thing to get through to someone. When submitting a most straight forward request through e-consult, they ask you to call them by phone instead of trying to call me if they had a question. It would take them 1 min to reach me and it'll take me hours to reach them.

Great reception & Doctors ,took a little bit of time( due to guidelines ,got to get it correct every time) but worth the advice,Thanks to all the team

If I could give minus stars i would. Have waited 8 days for them to call me back about my E-consult, which was also referred from other medical professional. when I called them they refused to follow up the appointment after 2 missed calls and told me to do another E-consult, the receptionist was speaking and shouting over me and then hung up on me. When I called them back, the other receptionist ganged up on me defending her colleagues behaviour and starting discussing the phone call WITHOUT EVEN IDENTIFYING ME. That could have been a different patient/ matter..unless the receptionists had discussed it inbetween.. which is a breach of confidentiality.
Shameful and disgusting service. I will be attempting to make a petition to get this surgery investigated as it’s been AWFUL for years now. A complete lack of patient centred care, compassion, professionalism or just decent humanity.

Absolutely terrible service. Iv been told to call back every day for 3 months niw. Still no appointment made. In fact i haven't been able to see a doc since iv registered and it will be a year soon.
As for the rude receptionists.... Writing what I really think of them is a review in itself
