We recently made contact with Dr Stephen Pierini to discuss our daughters tongue tie. My daughter aged 10 years has had ongoing issues with eating which then resulted in some bullying at school. We had seen our GP on a number of occassions but due to not affecting her speech they said it was fine to leave. After an in depth consultation with Dr Pierini he agreed her tongue tie was severe and she would benefit from having the tongue tie releas procedure.Dr Peirini managed to book our daughter in within 5 days and her treatment was quick and successful. From start to finish Dr Pierini made us feel at ease and very supportive. Dr Peirini has been in contact post treatment to see how my daughter is managing. Gold Standard care was delivered at all times. We would highly recommend their service if you have any questions or concerns especially in regards to your childs tongue tie.

Recently came for Jabs in order to start work in surgery and the ladies at reception and the nurse who did it were fantastic! I'm a bit of a baby with needles and I was put at ease right away and it was over and done with before I knew it, highly recommended Spa Private Medical.

Great service, from the initial contact with receptionist to Dr Pierini, everything was done to put us at ease for our 6 week olds tongue tie division. Dr Pierini took the time to listen to us and talked us through the procedure thoroughly. We have already seen such a difference in our little boys feeding and are so pleased we chose Spa Medical. My partner has heartproblems and we have been to SPA medical twice now. First for a Echocardiogram and then to see Dr SAHA the cardiologist. Both times we were treated with the utmost of respect and empathy but more important with a highly proffesional consultation. It was a wellcoming and friendly athmospere and we were listened to. There was no rushing. We have total trust in Dr Saha and the radiologist Andy and will be going to SPA medical whenever nescessary. We are not rich but this was worth every penny. What is money compared with your health. Its all a question what prioreties people have.

This place is awful. I have never in my life experienced a less empathetic and ruder receptionist. My son is a registered patient with a sky high temperature and she was patronising, ill informed and useless - her advice once she could be bothered to answer properly was ‘speak to the NHS, we don’t deal with anything that isn’t routine.’ I am moving to another GP asap, do not become a client.

Dr Pierini at Spa Medical provides an exemplary service. His kindness and compassion means the patient receives first class care. I have no hesitation in giving 5 Stars.

Amazing practice. Every time I visit I am greeted with such a positive welcome and even when you are feeling unwell you leave feeling a bit better. Thank you for making the experience so welcoming. I highly recommend and continue to. Best, Donna
