Dr A W Hill - St Lukes Surgery

Things seem to have improved since my last review, thank goodness.
Rang at 8.45am and got straight through - was so shocked l didn’t know what to say!
Receptionist very helpful and told me l needed to fill in the e-consult again (l missed a couple of calls yesterday) which is fine, but more admin as they know what the problem is. But if l was elderly, all this e-consult lark is a bit of a nightmare.
Glad to see things seem to have got back on track after my last miserable experience of the surgery.
