First time using these facilities today to take my son for his 5 months jab and I was greeted by rude staff! Horrendous behaviour when there are signs about saying no excuse for abuse etc towards staff but what about the other way around? Attitude towards patients isn't great. First impressions are everything and mine wasn't great. Shame

Such a waste of new facilities. Always having to fight through the receptionists for an appointment. Couldn’t get an appointment when really needed one but not bad enough for A&E so didn’t want to be one to clog that up. Plus the stress of waiting 3 weeks for a 10 minute telephone appointment to discuss bloods over the phone. Absolute shambles

Still no results from early October blood test results! 2nd time I've waited more than 2months-and only had them as had to push them!
