Have been phoning all day since 09.00 til 17.00 and STILL NO ANSWER...... is so frustrating as I can't get into the surgery to speak to someone because of my work.... Why bother even having receptionist if they don't pick up the damm phone...
My doctor is fantastic,when i can get to see her.... So no problems with doc....

Just a absolute joke. only gave one star as its the least they will allow.

Useless surgery don't allow you to see a doctor never like to answer the phone you do phone calls and they can telepathically diagnose over the phone worst doctors around

Cant even get an appointment without them cancelling it

Made an appointment to get back on my tablets for my mental health. Couldnt get a call back on the day fair enough so scheduled for monday, then get a text monday saying cant call until tuesday before 1pm... no call still so rang the surgery and they said will get a call back within 10 minutes, as I explained I was at work etc and taken the 2 mornings off to take the call... still haven't received a phone call!!! This is why there are so many suicides!!!! Perfetic surgery, aslong as they get paid though!!!

Rude receptionist I have now changed doctors. I would not recommend this doctors and I have been registered many years!
