Awful, rude and unhelpful. The receptionists speak to you like your second class and unworthy. Nothing worse than arrogant receptionists.

Really happy with the service given ...would like to thank all the staff for their hard work in these difficult times ....appointments given when other surgeries refuse!

Good doctors rubbish reception can't never get through or on hold for over half an hour or don't even ring

Usually excellent and very efficient.

Called for a phone appointment for our 7 month old daughter, and was told we would get a call, but wasn't given a time. The phone eventually rang later in the morning, but for about 3 seconds before hanging up. They haven't answered since. Busy or not, that's a disgusting way to go about things — especially with a 7 month old in need.

We're not even worth 3 seconds. That says it all about Dockham.

I was quite surprised with some of the reviews here. I had to use it a couple of times and since I registered with it ( around 10 months ago) the service has been very good, helpful and respectful. No long wait as well. I hope it carries on like this. thank you

Absolutely amazing team of Doctors and receptionists. So much care has been given to me and my whole family, even gave me their condolences when hearing about my late fathers passing. Thank you for everything.
