Garden City Medical Centre

Much improved GP surgery over the past months. Able to get through after a few rings to a bunch of very nice caring receptionists. The Doctors ring when they say they will also and generally on the same day. Excellent practice manager Nicola who really cares about the patients. Would hope more future face to face consultation as time goes on. Thank you Garden City, carry on with the good work.

So happy we found Garden City medical centre on recently moving to the area. Always so kind and easy to talk to. Great reception team, today India went above and beyond to get an appointment for my son who was unwell. Practise Nurse Sue is amazing and we are comforted to be able to see such caring and thorough practitioners when we need to. Thanks!

Debilitating UTI... Over weekend.. Covid responsible?
I rang surgery at 9.It was answered after 4 rings. No long waits in a queue or ring back messages.
I was booked in for 1.30 same day.
The nurse took a sample and sent 1off to the Lao.
I was prescribed antibiotics and given suerb explanation of what should happen next if infection didn't clear.
Both the nurse and secretary were especially helpful.
Highly recommend this practice at garden city, Holcombe brook.

I phoned for a repeat prescription for urgent medication, I was 10 minutes after the regimental 1 pm deadline. I had been calling before 1pm, the receptionist admitted they had been busy on the phones but still refused to take my request. Looking at past reviews, they only ever respond to the positive ones?!

This morning along with my wife we had our Covid and Flu vaccinations.
Staff excellent, they are all friendly and do their best to help you. We have seen a doctor when we asked to see one and have had no problems
They overcame a terrible time and have also raised money to help others.

Recently changed to this surgery from a different local surgery. The difference in being able to get an appointment etc within a timely period compared to my last surgery has vastly improved. Very lucky to have a surgery like this, very accommodating to patient needs, who understands you. Staff are very friendly and professional. Did witness a demanding patient when I came in and the staff handles the situation very well.
