Crayford Town Surgery

Waiting 10 days for a phone call appointment and the doctor didn't call me !!
Trying to make an appointment is impossible.
My son last year ended up in Darenth Valley hospital then Guys hospital because the surgery would not see him it was very stressful.
One thing I will say the nurses their are wonderful

If I could have awarded no stars...I would have!
I am not someone who visits the doctor for every little ailment, so was shocked when I had to wait nearly three weeks for a telephone consultation.
I filled out the online form on 11th April and the telephone appointment was booked for today (29th April) between 12:00 and 18:00. I waited patiently for the call that never came! It is now 18:10 and I am currently held in a queue waiting to speak to someone at the surgery. This service is appalling and they obviously don't care (judging by other reviews on here)! I feel sorry for any elderly people who want to see a doctor...it's just not acceptable.
Have tried AGAIN today (2nd May) to call the surgery...was first in line for nearly two hours!! Gave up after listening to monotonous music on hold...which is probably their ploy to get rid of any callers. This surgery is an absolute disgrace to the NHS.

This surgery has always been good to me, and also when my daughter was born. The staff have always been helpful, so I can't fault them.

Was very quick and efficient, went to the surgery to try and book an appointment, none were available but the doctor called me two hours later and prescribed me medication on the same day. Thank you for your help, much appreciated!

Is most bed staf ever. I call them 2 times and one more time i ask directly for appointments for injections of my newborn son and they say we will send the appointment in the post . And when my son was 2 months and 10 weeks they semd me message to contact them for appointment. Now i have to wait 1 more week for the appointment and my son have another injection 3 months old.

We can still never get an appointment and that how Crayford town surgery is

the worst ever, today my dad had an appointment at 14:20 for his heart check after a surgery he had and he had to take a day off from work for this appointment and when he attended the receptionist told him that his appointment been cancelled as the doctor didnt come today, he asked her why you didnt let me know since morning ??! she claimed that she sent him a message while she didn't, and he showed her his phone that he didn't get anything from them. very disrespectful and shameful, we always have an issue with them.

No chance of seeing a doctor without e-consult or telephone consultation for which I had to wait almost 3 weeks. Even then, nobody called and I had to call to remind about myself. Do not appreciate either approach to the health care, especially when one needs to wait so long to speak to the doctor.
