Very clean, nurses are caring, covid safe
Parking is available on site and on adjacent roads
Plenty of seats probably due to covid
My appointment was at 8:30 and I was seen on time
Staff are professional and kind

I have used the services from early teens to now my children using the services. I always find the reception happy to help. The doctors are all outstanding and I have never had a complaint with any services. From the happy cleaners happy to say hello and the nurses, midwives and physiotherapist on site all make this a wonderful doctors surgey

ZERO STAR for the doctors in chapel medical center, slough. My 10 months daughter's condition is worse now just because of doctors negligency in this place. As they didn't treated my daughter on right time now she is in more pain. My daughter's problem (urinary tract infection)started in mid of july 2022, and now september 2022 is going on, its two and half month my daughter is still in pain.THE DOCTORS IN CHAPEL MEDICAL CENTER IS JUST A RUBBISH. I am going to change my healthcenter now.

Oh my god if I could, I would have given this GP negative 1000 stars. How long does it take to send someone's blood results to them? You can create IT infrastructure you can give them all the advanced feature, but the annoying admin team! need to click a single button and they don't even do that!! All my tax and national insurance that goes down the toilet that is NHS!

You call them get yourself through to reception after hours, then someone that has no clue about the business or world for that matter picks up and anything you say, respond "I'll pass that over to our admin team". Who would create such a dysfunctional organisational structure!! My god you make people frustrated with your horrible appalling quality of service.

Just spoke to a receptionist who clearly hates her job. Rude and no problem solving skills whatsoever. All the other receptionist and gps have been great thus far. I hope she finds a job she likes better so people like me don’t have to deal with her.

I told the receptionist that my mother has severe asthma and would need antibiotics. She suggested to go to the pharmacist for antibiotics. She should be better educated if she’s dealing with patients over the phone because pharmacist cannot prescribe antibiotics she is also not in the position to tell patients where they should go when she does have the level of skill to assess someone’s medical condition. That’s why I asked to book an appointment with the doctor not the receptionist

I have had good experience so far. I was treated very nicely over the phone and at the practice. Not too difficult to get a hold of someone over the phone. Unfortunately, not much flexibility with the appointment times.

Today I visit chapel medical center with my husband and baby I was seen by a wonderful nurse named Miss Portia Alcedo who was really sweet ,understanding and professional.She listen to us very calmly and give us proper attention

I visited the Chapel Medical Center earlier this year for a glute injury and age-related assessment. I was happy and impressed by the level of service and wanted to thank Dr. Ana Sofia, Boobesh Ramanan, Prashant Sahu, and the loveliest nurse whose name I forget (possibly age-related or rapt by her pitch-perfect home counties accent)–wishing all Chapel Medical Center Staff Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year! May God bless the NHS.
