I don't know what happened recently, everything used to be fine, but I think that there is a new lady working, or maybe I just didn't have a chance to speak to her before and she is not new. She is the rudest person that I have ever had a chance to talk to, doesn't seem professional in this sphere too. I hope you will sort out this matter or I really feel sorry for people that will have problems getting their medication when needed. When you have mental illness and someone is so rude to you I just don't know what else to add.

Keeps refusing to make appointments eye to eye, only by phone and still can't get it. Doctors are sitting on Google to see what's your problem with health and advice to change job instead doing tests. Useless GP

phone appointments. if the child is sick, if you are lucky, they will invite you to the clinic, but do not expect a doctor to see your child, because it will be a nurse! vaccinations are the most important for them.

Impossible to get an appointment in person. Impossible to get through on the phone. Standard is at least 3 weeks wait for virtual appointment and they don't keep to the agreed time, but if you miss it because of that you have to rebook and wait another 3 plus weeks Feels like we have no GP any more. Would give it zero stars if I could.

I received a text that an appointment had been booked for me for a procedure which was completed last month. I have been trying to cancel this appointment for 49 mins, 50 secs listening to the appalling music. From previous experience I cannot put the phone down as if you don't answer in seconds they hang up! Finally got through phew 53 mins cancelled appointment and received an apology for the wait, but really is it acceptable?

Seriously don't bother with the e mail for prescriptions procedure. 5 times in a row and it just doesn't work and I always have to end up phoning them. Ridiculous process that always fails.

Absolutely appalling. I was refused an appointment for my four year old, and told to go to A&E... for a simple issue that does not warrant sitting in a covid hotspot for hours, but cannot be treated with over the counter remedies from the chemist. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL *receptionists*, who are lazy, obstructive, opinionated and "know it all". Insulted me by suggesting my priorities for my child were all wrong when actually they know f-all. I was trying to ask for help after being refused an appointment the morning before after being on hold for 30 minutes from 8am. Two really nasty women both with glasses one with curly hair and the other one with a ponytail working 07/12/2022 at 17:05. Should be sacked...

Terrible service, call and hold (always starts by saying you are number 9 in the queue; very slowly move to 8 then seven. By three, the call cuts so OFTEN). Once after 3 attempts and much patience/percevereance, I finally got through and the receptionist is saying ‘hello, hello’ then hangs up. I had just called someone before and after; no problems hearing me.
Blood tests (for important situation) scheduled for nearly a MONTH LATER…
Initial full checkup (should be done by a REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL eg nurse or doctor); done by a HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT no registration. COMPLETELY DISGRACEFUL as with trying to get to SEEING a doctor.
I have been a registered anaesthetic practitioner for 30 years (UK trained at Guy’s London) this has GOT to be the worst clinic ever. Seems any decent reports/reviews are either grossly fabricated or coerced.
