Friendly knowledgeable staff, great caring doctors, I have always managed to get an appointment. Wheelchair friendly. I personally would rate them 10 out of 10

So many full staff receptionist and not one of them can pick up the phone! Worse than trying to get hold of energy company! 15 min on hold as a first in line call. Ridiculous

I can’t speak highly enough of the service my husband received this week. He had a telephone consultation at 9-30 and was asked to come in at 10-30. Dr Kinsella was unable to speak to the hospital departments that morning that he needed to but managed to speak to them later that day. He then phoned my husband at 8-30 the following day (I believe it was his day off) to give him some important information. We can’t thank Dr Kinsella enough for this excellent service.

Have to say this has to be the worse doctors I've even been too. Yes this is mainly for before the pandemic. But after the vist today where I took in my one year old daughter and the doctor telling me it's a waste of her time I'm absolutely fuming. I'm not even sure that gets the point across!!!
