Trying to get a doctor to actually see my father in law, who is to be 91 in March, has been absolutely awful.
He had a nervous breakdown in May last year, has still not yet seen a doctor, has spoken on the phone, however it was his son who had to chat to the doctor as father in law quite deaf....this I find most unacceptable.
Now trying to find out when he and his wife will get their Covid injections is proving again most difficult.
I appreciate one should wait to be contacted...however last week the surgery told me they had no idea when or where their patients would be going to get the injection....”oh possibly the Masonic centre” was said at the end of my call!!!!
What a shambles this surgery is....This the first time I have looked at the reviews.
I am shocked at how many people are unhappy with the surgery and at how long the service has been failing it’s patients, yet I see no improvement appears to have been made!
Also it has taken nearly a year to be able to get their medication delivered.....at 90 years of age!!!
I am so lucky to be living in an area with a wonderful surgery...
I am now very concerned for any future emergencies for my in laws in relation to contacting this surgery.
Perhaps someone else has an idea of when & where these vaccines for the TN40AP are going to be given?
I would very much appreciate some help with this.
