I have been with this surgery ever since I moved to Worcester 2 years ago, and the service is absolutely shocking. You consistently have to wait well over half an hour trying to get through on the phone lines. (Most of the time I have to give up and go back to work)
I recently decided to try and use the online appointment form rather than wait on the phone lines.
It took 4 days for the surgery to reach out to me via text message, only to tell me that I would receive a call back from a doctor in 7 weeks time to discuss and then arrange an appointment (!)
Completely unacceptable and I will be looking to move surgeries ASAP

Extremely rude staff. Especially the lady on the desk 28.06.22 at 13:30. No apology for keeping everyone waiting at reception, the back office had a number of people in it, would have been nice for one just to poke their head out and let us know they were busy. You wonder why GP surgeries have a bad reputation...

The online appointment system is a somewhat difficult, I had to look at questions again! Even when you do get through to a receptionist,
they was a bit rude & unsympathetic. I was in a lot of pain (nurorological).

Very rude receptionist with a chip on their shoulders.
Made a formal complaint
Advise everyone to do the same.
They have sings everywhere saying to treat them with respect only to be treated disrespectful by their own staff
Get your house in order, can't do your job Get someone else that can.

I want to rejoice in the nursing team that look after me today during my screening.
Nurse Joanne and the other nurse were thorough in taking the samples and aimed at doing their job to high standard and with care

They keep changing my appointments and not telling me. So I turn up to be told I have to wait another month when I have already waited two months for an appointment. The last time I had an appointment I waited over an hour to be seen and got no apology! Seriously sort out your practice!

Our NHS is the best in the world. So why was I told in Sept "We have no appointments until Christmas to take a blood sample" OK that's 3 months. I went back in January only to be told "We can't see you until March" so that's, 6 months for a cancer screen blood test. I bet gimmegrants don't have to wait 6 months.

Filthy surgery, rude reception staff and a female DR. It used to be a very professional and welcoming service. It's deterioration has been noticeable on every level.
