Sun Lane Surgery

Absolutely appalling care or lack of! GP was rude and disrespectful! I was shocked when I attended an appointment with my partner, such little care and compassion was shown. We will be taking our complaint further.

Unfortunately a very poor surgery, waiting times are appalling, GP's care of patients is inadequate. Overall this surgery can most definitely do with urgent reform. I would strongly advise seeking another surgery.

Been going to this surgery for about 24 years and have never had a problem. Staff are very helpful, doctors listen and are understanding, Sister Carey is simply an angel she is so lovely works so very hard, I would not trust anyone else with mine or my families care. Cannot fault this surgery at all

Rude Rude Rude I am so............ glad I have left this surgery. Its a joke you make an appointment for a telephone consultation and 2 days later you are still waiting. Would NOT recommend this surgery. I even went into day as my NOK is still with the surgery to get some advise and The Manger spoke to me like I was a 2 year old.

Can't get an appointment for love nor money. Daily released appointments and all gone within 11 minutes. Utterly ridiculous and completely unhelpful.

It would seem like there is limited interest of the doctors to try to assess people, my father was released into ‘doctors care’ from hospital, just needed check ups, needless to say, no care, he unfortunately passed away shortly after, hospital said with monitoring and early action he would still be with us. I only update this now with more clarity as from the other reviews a pattern seems to have formed which others should consider before choosing a surgery. The NHS is a great service that any Brit should be proud to have but unfortunately let down by a few.

Sun Lane Surgery I have been with since moved to Hythe which is about 8 years I think. In that time I have had a serious illness requiring me to be hospitalised and in ITU and a ward for near 2 months. Since then the surgery have been great with me and my care. I also had an accident when iwas hit by a motorcycle. I have been on various forms of medication and have rung at short notice and my needs have always been catered for. I am glad I chose to join Sun Lane Surgery. Thank you all for the help I have received and no doubt I will do in the future.

Never had any problems with this surgery, there are not many that you can get an appointment the same day as you call. The nurses have been working seeing patients throughout the pandemic and reception staff always friendly and helpful.
