Been with this surgery 30 yrs plus. Cannot thank them enough for the care of my health. Their prompt action has saved my sight, & they have helped me in so many ways to avoid serious physical and psychological problems. Cannot understand the low reviews - I've been in the surgery & in recent years heard people come in from the street & rudely demand appointments! I know that all GP surgeries are under extreme pressure to cope with so many new arrivals and the govt funding cuts, so try & be understanding to the staff as much as possible. I know, because my oldest friend is a GP receptionist (in another London surgery) and I hear how she gets spoken to. This is the best surgery for miles, and if you are seriously ill you will be seen asap if you follow their rules.

They offer exceptional great services to the community.. Even in busy periods, they still manage to squeeze patients in to see doctors on duty. The doctors do call back. For those that condemn the services they provide, when next you call for booking or to speak to the doctor/nurse, pause and listen to the receptionist/doctors when they offer you medical advice. If you are aggressive, you make matters worse. Ensure the brain is in gear before you speak. happy New Year

Been the only Doctors Surgery I've ever belonged to. Always have a good experience with reception and the Doctors. Lot of bad reviews, however it is not the receptionists fault if everyone wants an appointment in the next 30 seconds and can't get it. Too many entitled people registered I would guess.

Loved these Gp's. The reception staff were so helpful. Once you move out of London you realise how much these Gp's do to help. I miss Dr Phillips and Dr A Patel

Paying nhs for what the refuse to see patients they get pay from us and all the tell you to go to an emergency u here to save life not but clearly don't care about your patients.
And on the call soon you call the threatening to remove you or your family from the practice please fix up or shut the surgery cos all u do is getting paid and doing nothing .People need to see gp not a rude staff.

I have been registered here for 42 years and understand all the negative reviews. Dr S Phillips has ensured people in the ever-changing local population are served. At least two of the reception staff have been in post since 1974 and rather than irritate workers doing their jobs, it's more beneficial to recognise their worth and their knowledge about the streams of medical help available.
