Disgraceful. What exactly are the receptionists there for? Not much clearly as they seem unable to make appointments or do anything really apart from be rude, unhelpful and incompetent. Given the Covid-19 pandemic, there clearly is a much wider, more qualified group of people ready to take any such job. Not worth bothering going here at the moment. It’s a shame as the doctors are terrific as is the nurse. What a shame for a practice to be so let down.

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star rating!! Unhelpful, rude and patronising are the only words I can describe this whole surgery. I truly believe they are using the pandemic to do as little as possible. Wouldnt recommended to anyone. Whoever rates this 5 stars is either getting special treatment or work there. My dad is technically blind and isn't computer savvy but is still being told to order his medication online !!!. My sister had to call up and they didnt even ask her any security questions and happily sent her my dads password. CHANGE THE WAY YOU PROCESS PERSCRIPTION TAKE IT OFFLINE AND JUST DO IT OVER THE PHONE !! Make it easier for people to get their medication especially during this time and maybe get some new receptionists as well who know what they are actually doing.

Telephone put down on me by clinical pharmacist. She spoke very quickly and over me and refused to listen to the key points that I was making; a big part of my response as action causes reaction. I was not the yes person she wanted me to be and she had no regard for my lived experience. That is not the preconceived and bias attitudes needed when dealing with sensitive situations. The practice manager will respond and defend her stance without trying to explore the truth as despite her dishonesty, she will be totally believed and no learning will take place. Well done clinical pharmacist for your highly unprofessional attitude.

Arrived at Asheville at 3:10 for a 3:15 appointment. My usual GP is Lillyville so I didn’t understand (and was never informed) there was a sign in board in the corner (pretty hidden with no one using it), so never signed in. Waited for an hour with no help from receptionist for them to cancel my appointment because the nurse was in a meeting and I was “late”. I don’t quite understand why the receptionist thought I was waiting in lillyville when I was sat in front of them in the office for nearly an hour?

I went in today with a really scary breathing problem- it wasn’t covid but I had this cough for weeks after a holiday abroad and was terrified something was terribly wrong or I had picked up something nasty on the plane. The doctor (paramedic) on call was fantastic at diagnosing me and my appointment was bang on time. I felt safe and cared for. I’ve only been in this area less than one year and I’m really impressed with this surgery!

Will never get over ringing up Asville Dec 21 (my surgery) to say I was pregnant and the response I got was ' what do you want me to do about it.

This surgery gave me the worst customer service I've ever had in my life, I cried for days at the way I was treated.

Absolutely appalling surgery & doctors. Originally saw Dr Rashidy, with a couple of serious health concerns regarding an ongoing health condition. He told me he doesn’t support anyone and told me he doesn’t believe I am poorly due to being dismissed by a hospital. He talked down to me, shouted at me and tried to intimidate me. I complained. I then requested to see a female doctor so I could be physically examined due to a new lump. Dr Beech refused to examine me in person, and stated I would need psychological assessment before the surgery could offer any other services. I have never been spoken to and treated so appallingly in my life. Other reviews corroborate this. Completely and utterly unethical practise - should be closed down.
