I have been dealing with the surgery since March and they have been so helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. The Practice doctors have always been available for advice but my guardian angel is Shalima who has gone above and beyond to help. I will always be grateful because a difficult situation was made easier. Thank you Shalima.

Unfortuanlty this place is getting worse. From being told wrong information by doctors and receptionist. Some of the staffs attitude is horendous. The only reason I put 2 stars is because there are a few who are lovely and professional. More training is needed. One of the very good staff you have here is Jane !

Worst surgery ever.

This place is horrendous, trying to book appointments is impossible, appointments are getting cancelled, even when u manage to get an appointment you are left waiting for ages.I had my 3 year old for an injection and was told over the phone to not be late as we wont be seen, yet was left waiting in car park in rain with my child for nearly an hour, as no waiting inside surgery due 2 covid !!! Some reception staff are lovely and realy helpful but majority in this place are rude and extremely sarcastic and unwilling to help you even though it's there job to help. Not impressed at all !!
Suggestion for reception staff - try to be helpful, it's your job to do so.

Literally the worst doctors surgery I have ever experienced! Reception staff are rude and unhelpful! The surgery never have any appointments available to book but do not offer any kind of call back service so I am constantly being told to call back another time in two weeks or a months time when if I am lucky there may be an appointment.

When I have managed to get an appointment prescriptions have been in incorrect quantities and doctors refuse to put basic medications on repeat resulting in me having to wait months for basic medication - due to lack of appointments. Absolute nightmare genuinely the worst service/care I have received from any NHS practice!

Not a GP worth having.

Feedback worth considering:
Staff don’t show any compassion or understanding regarding illnesses.

Confidentially is hugely broken with staff discussing details that allows others to hear.

There is no professionalism or sensitivity.

Try to love your job because your faces don’t show it at all, the misery I see is so depressing and deflating when greeted.

Do not register here. It is not worth the agro of seeking medical help.
