I hope no one will experience the same like I had. I went to this surgery to book an appointment. They gave me a little note with all the appointment details written on it. but it never happened. I had no calls from doctor or anyone from the surgery. so I rang them asking why. They said that there is no appointment booked for me. I had been waiting for the appointment for ages.
I asked to re-book the appointment anytime earliest. On the appointment day, no calls again.

Not only that, I have been promised that they will send me some information they couldn’t answer on the day I visited the receptionist. No message received to date. I have also double checked my phone number in their system ensuring it is correct and they confirmed it is all correct. This is the worst service ever.

Reading the other reviews I think a common theme here is the receptionists, I rang up hopeful to get a doctors appointment or telephone consultation as I have been feeling Ill for a number of days now, I find it quite invasive when the receptionist Linda/ Lynda asks me my symptoms however I provided them in the hope of getting them somewhere as it feels like you are held to ransom, the receptionist then advised me to go see my local Pharmacist who will be able to diagnose my illness to which I argued they are not qualified, she then diagnosed my condition as a throat infection or just a sore throat….. excellent service(!)

In the interest of fairness I generally have the say the doctors are pretty good…. When you do get an appointment….

This place is not worth of your time. After being on hold on the phone for 15mins to tell them that I will be late due to weather conditions, the nurse did not want to see me.

Do they think our health is a joke?

Now I understand the poor rating at this GP

I recently moved to Sutton and I registered here two weeks ago. I had my first experience with them last Friday. I had to book urgent appointment so I called early morning at 8.15 and the receptionist gave me appointment at 9 same day. Dr Amit was very good and knowledgeable and with only 2 days I felt much better with the medicine that he prescribed for me.

I wouldn’t even rate them a 1 star to be honest, they refuse severe asthmatics there asthma pumps and I have a chest infection and have stated I can not breathe that well due to it and the answer I got was it’s viral do a Covid test and to leave it until next week when the obvious me struggling to breathe has been put out there. They do not care for your health at all and when I asked to speak to the manger of the surgery they said they wasn’t there, I will be making a formal complaint and will be moving doctor surgery. They use to be such a good surgery I went there as a little kid and loved all the doctors now wouldn’t Recommend to anyone.

The staff at the surgery are not trained at all. They treat their patient like we get charity from them . Absolute no respect to they need to be trained in hospital than they will understand what is the meaning of NHS . Absolute Disgrace

You are called 47! I had a 40 minutes wait on the phone to get through to reception, only to be asked to call back after 1pm!
With no guarantee of help then either!

THIS WORKING PRACTICE ISN'T WORKING!!!! IT NEEDS CHANGING- PLEASE!!! -Have a recorded message that says morning appointments are fully booked please ring back after 1pm so you aren't being kept on the phone for no reason! It's outrageous!

I appreciate the challenges the surgery faces but it's not right to give sick patients false hope. You would only wait 40 minutes if the situation was urgent.

I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. My options were call back later, call 111. Or make a complaint.

The Doctors' at this surgery are great but how does that help you, if you can never get to speak to them or see them.
