We regularly see the paediatrician (Marie) and have seen another doctor (Akash) as well as a very lovely nurse (I can't remember her name, sorry) at the Wandsworth branch and couldn't be happier with the genuine kindness, care, reassurance and advice we have received, as well as the professionalism at this practice, which is very welcome when you are a new and foreign mother, not to mention at the time of a global pandemic.
It is a very clean practice and the office staff are incredibly attentive.
We're so impressed that I think we may also start seeing the dentist at this practice rather than our regular dentist.
The parking is a bit of a nightmare though so get someone to drop you off if you do attend.

Awful. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They used to be great. Everything has changed since they moved the correspondence from the surgery to South Africa. They NEVER email back. VERY VERY difficult to get simple things like prescriptions. You used to be able to message the surgery for an appointment or prescriptions, which was one of the things I liked. I have been waiting for a response to my last email sent in February. It's now nearly April... Not worth the money. If you want to move from the NHS to relieve pressure and see medical staff sooner, don't bother. I have never been as frustrated with the NHS as I have this practice. 100% for the doctors, nurses, dentists and assistants; they are all brilliant. I could not be happier with the assistance I get when in the surgery. They are the loveliest people you could have looking after you. It's a shame the people behind the email and phones are so useless.

really wasting my time on the same day send an email tell me appointment cancelled! Then I call them. Tell me. Change the time or not. I feel like they are the only dental clinic in the UK

I did my fit-to-fly test with this clinic and they were brilliant from start to finish. I emailed twice with qs and they called me back within a few hours. On the day itself there were delays on trains getting into London and they were incredibly helpful in rescheduling me. Would 100% recommend. Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful. Fantastic.

Outstanding! I took two of my children for their chicken pox vaccines recently (both under 3yrs) and the care we received was simply fantastic. The doctors/nurses were incredibly experienced and provided all the information I needed. Their bedside manners was also superb, with both kids back to playing in a matter of seconds after their jabs (aided by stickers). All round wonderful care, friendly staff, a lovely clinic setting and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I've been a member for a few years and can confirm the service continues to be high quality and consistent. Having had a GP appointment, dental check up, and a visit to the dental hygienist in the space of 4 days, I'm pleased that the team at MyHealthcare continue to deliver a thoughtful and thorough service to patients.

The service and staff here are truly fantastic.

The reception staff are so welcoming and kind. And my dentist, Dorrin, is just brilliant - so lovely and always makes me feel so comfortable (and has a great playlist!)

I'm so happy with the dental treatment I have received, and I totally recommend coming to this clinic.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
The company and staff are charlatans. As a regular traveller for both work and leisure, I have visited many other companies/centers since the start of the pandemic to present date. I can say I am disgusted and shocked at the way this "company" operates.
I have been charged for a service I didn't use. I have never even seen or visited their center!
I've emailed multiple times since November 2021 and I am still yet to hear back from a member of staff. They have charged me, and yet won't give me my money back. Avoid this place at all costs. Especially as there are many other companies that provide an honest, transparent and people centered service to their customers. This for sure isn't one of those places.
