Often late but who isn't in the NHS? we should blame patients for that not staff. They offer double appointments for people that need extra long to whine so if people only book one appointment and then ramble on for ages about what happened in 1976 to their daughters back then the doctor can't exactly kick them out. Would give five stars as staff always polite and helpful, and premises always clean, but they lose two stars purely because the receptionists have all started to ask me what I'm calling about. It's private!! And if they don't have any medical training then they don't know what is serious and what isn't. Also they tell people to ring 111 once they're fully booked but I work for 111 and we don't give appointments during the day. We don't have doctors during the day so ringing 111 doesn't achieve anything. But other than those points, great surgery. Won't be changing.

this is the worst doctors in folkestone never use this doctors again my tables r always late i tell them bout somethink and they think its a joke
