Dr Naha and his colleagues at Mitcham Medical Centre have been my family doctors for more than 25 years. In that time we had nothing but superb care.

A brilliant Doctor and very sympathetic towards the patients. Because of his caring attitude our family have been with Mitcham Medical Centre for nearly 17 years now. Dr Naha is very popular with the patients and he listens carefully.

Had to leave surgery because of things going wrong week after week. Telephone lines busy from 8am
Makes it impossible to get an appointment. Only good thing is one of the receptionist is really helpful
Are your receptionists qualified doctors? One of them seems to think she is.
When someone needs a doctor they speak or see a doctor. NOT A RUDE RECEPTIONIST who basically is just a jumped up junior.
Please advise or train your staff.as it can lead to issues unresolved or medical negligence.
Also a quick lesson in manners

I'd give 0 if it was an option... Absolutely terrible doctor doesn't care about his patient's asked to see him and he's never there and won't even talk to you over the phone honestly someone needs to take their medical licence away.
