Great surgery, they answer calls quickly. I have always managed to get appointment for myself when necessary. They were also brilliant with my daughter when she was a baby and had numerous ailments.

Great surgery. The reception staff are engaging, professional and friendly. Dr Edoja was very reassuring and understanding of my situation. She clearly cares a lot about helping people.

Before the pandemic, they were one of the worst surgeries in the area. Now, they are probably useless. Just one or two good GPs; receptionists are extremely entitle and rude. I was booked for a 'telephone' appointment that was interrupted, and I was never called back.
If possible avoid this surgery, the only ones happy with this surgery are pensioners happy to.spend hours in the reception and are the only one being see by the doctors.

I been using this surgery for over 40 years. I have see many doctors come and go. The best surgery by far. Nurse Jean is sweetest and kindest by miles.

For the love of God! Can you please change your receptionists. With all do the respect to the older generation, it's time to make a way to young professionals, who are EFFICIENT, POLITE and up to date with current technology. So we (Patients) can get a decent service from our GP.
But once you actually get passed the receptionists everyone else do thier job with best intentions.

Nothing medical, but reception did help me return some lost property to one of their patients. I had no info except the surgery number; they gave the person my details, who then called me and we were able to meet and get the item returned. Thank you very much.

This is the best surgery i've ever been registered too. So helpful, kind and efficient. The doctors are competent, compassionate and really do their best. I had my first smeer test here, and i couldn't have asked for a kinder nurse.

This surgery is by far one of the worst in the area. The receptionists are entitled and rude. The doctors are all useless. Never respect appointment time, whether on the phone or face to face, they think your time isn't as valuable as theirs. When you finally speak to them, they always rush you and they are just useless. I tell the doctor what my symptoms are, and she then asks me "what are your concerns?" I mean I DON'T KNOW. YOU ARE THE DOCTOR, YOU TELL ME?! Sends me to do a blood test because I suggested it, never discuss test results! If you insist in discussing your results, you will be sent home with painkillers, if you are REALLY ill, blimey! you are in for a treat (you will get both ibuprofen and paracetamol).
Can someone tell me how these people call themselves Doctors? My 6 year old nephew does a better job pretending to be a doctor!
