Lavender Fields Surgery

Receptionist Tracy is rude, and has absolutely no manners at all. Her attitude is appauling and she lacks basic knowledge of her job role. She has the worst telephone manner that I have ever come across. She needs to be sent on training regarding how to deal with patients appropriately. From reading the reviews I can see she is the main reason as to why patients leave such bad reviews and ratings. She does not reflect a positive light on the surgery at all.

One of the woman receptionists tracey i think her name is absolutely rude and does NOT have a very nice attitude at all,Think she needs to go on a course to learn some people skills and manners,she was speaking rudely and on the phone whilst in the doctors surgery which I have heard her many times when I have had an appointment here,a patient actually did say "I hope that wasn't a patient you was talking to on the phone"? then tracy turns around and says what has it got to do with you in a very rude manner,Absolutely an appalling receptionist,I don't normally leave reviews/comments but just had too,apart from that a nice surgery

Been with this surgery for years! Rarely ever go or need to go there! Although, the women receptionist is rude needs to go ! Her attitude is disgusting and absolutely makes me not even want to attend the gp. I can’t even she her face but her energy off the phone is completely sickening. Don’t work in an environment when you have to communicate with people due to their well being and have a stink attitude. If she’s not gone soon, definitely will take it further !

Both Lavender Field Surgery Mitcham & their sister site Colliers Wood Surgery their female receptionists are EXTREMELY rude! Especially their receptionist at Lavender Field Surgery Mitcham this week. All of them NEED refresh customer service TRAINING. As they are lacking customer service and horrible on the phone. I hardly write a bad review but enough is enough.

This week we called them regarding a simple request, the receptionist was rude, raised her voice and said 'be quiet' instead of saying please hold.
This is not the first time the receptionists at both surgery sites have been rude to me and other family members on the phone.

I would give 0 stars if possible. It's disgusting how they treat people who need help. Doctors are good once you see them, but you could potentially be dead before they see you. Unable to make appointments and unable to see the doctor. Pointless service

Shockingly rude receptionist, her rudeness and unhelpfulness triggered a panic attack when I had called to advise I was stuck in traffic and would be 2 minutes late for an urgently needed appointment (she told me too bad, if you are not here we will not let you in as it was the last appointment of the day). I have also been waiting over 2 months for them to deal with my life insurance policy company, ignoring all communications. Terrible service.

The doctors are great. The receptionists are appalling. I’m not sure why it’s necessary to treat customers with such disdain and disregard. The care from doctors is quite good but to reach them you have to run the gauntlet and be shouted at, dressed down, and psychologically assaulted by the staff.

Been a patience for 20 years and in the past 6 month the general service of the practice is going down hill. Receptionist are so rude and Doctors giving wrong health advices. They just don't care. Time
to change my gp. Avoid if you can!
